What does PBN management cover?

A network is not a one-time job. Sites need updates, hosting needs watching and content that never changes starts to look abandoned. Management is our monthly service for keeping those things in order, so you can spend your time on client work instead.

It is optional. Every turnkey pack is handed over complete, and you can run the network yourself. Care is for owners who prefer not to, and it also works for networks we did not build.

What is included each month?

Core and security updates: CMS core, themes and plugins are updated and tested, and security issues are fixed.
Uptime monitoring: automated checks flag a site that is down or very slow, and we act on it.
Indexation checks: we check whether the sites are still indexed and tell you if one drops out.
Fresh content: two new human-edited niche articles per site each month, written to the site's topic.

You get a short monthly report that lists what was updated, which sites had issues and what we did about them.

What does monthly care cost?

Pricing depends on the size of the network.

Starter 5-site network: $99 per month.
Power 10-site network: $189 per month.
Authority 25-site network: $399 per month.
Enterprise 50-site network: $699 per month.

Out-of-date CMS software is the most common reason sites get hacked, and a hacked site can send spam links and lose value overnight. Uptime problems can cause pages to fall out of the index. Regular, relevant content makes a site look like a real publication instead of a one-off page set. A routine check catches these problems early, when they are cheap to fix.

What can management not do?

Care keeps your network tidy. It does not remove the risk of owning one. Google's spam policies treat link schemes meant to manipulate rankings as a violation, and PBNs fall in that area, so sites can be de-indexed or lose value even when well maintained. We do not guarantee rankings or indexation, and results depend on your site, competition and category.

Can you manage a network that you did not build?

Often, yes. We first review the sites, hosting and current condition, then quote the work in writing on WhatsApp. If the setup has problems, such as shared accounts or outdated software, we list them and fix them as part of the scope.

Who writes the monthly articles?

The articles are written by people and edited before they go live. We write to the site's theme and keep the style varied from site to site, so the network does not read like one author. You can review the topic list and ask for changes.

What happens if a site goes down?

Our uptime checks flag the problem and we look into it. Common causes are hosting issues, expired certificates and failed updates. We fix what we can and tell you what happened in the monthly report, including the cause when we can find it.

Do I have to take monthly care?

No. It is optional. A turnkey network is delivered complete with all logins, and you can manage it yourself or hire someone else. You can add care later and stop it later without losing ownership of the sites, and you can bring in your own team at any time.

Does maintenance protect a PBN from penalties?

It helps with the technical side, such as security, updates and uptime, but it cannot remove policy risk. PBNs can be treated as link schemes under Google's spam policies. Sites can lose value or be de-indexed regardless of upkeep, and we cannot promise otherwise.
